These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (sstore.ng), sub-platforms including SStore Retail, LuckyWish (luck-wish.sstore.ng), B2B Global Sourcing (b2b.sstore.ng), Shop TV (tv.sstore.ng), Accounting Software (accounting.sstore.ng), and all services provided by Gushed Systems, such as home automation, security installations, and electrical services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platforms or services.

These Terms are designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and secure experience for all users across Nigeria, from Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt to Kano. 1. Definitions

For clarity, the following terms are defined as:

• SStore: Refers to the SStore platform and its sub-platforms (SStore Retail, LuckyWish, B2B Global Sourcing, Shop TV, Accounting Software) operated by Gushed Systems.
• Gushed Systems: The parent company based in Lekki, Lagos, providing electronics, automation, and electrical services, and managing SStore operations.
• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using SStore’s platforms or Gushed Systems’ services.
• Services: All offerings, including retail purchases, raffle contributions, B2B sourcing, video shopping, accounting software, and automation installations.
• Contribution: The payment made to participate in a LuckyWish raffle.

2. Use of Our Services

By using SStore or Gushed Systems’ services, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, purchases, or raffle contributions.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Use our platforms for lawful purposes only, complying with all applicable laws in Nigeria.
• Not engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services, including hacking, spamming, or distributing malicious content.

SStore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activities or misuse of our platforms.

3. LuckyWish Raffle System

The LuckyWish raffle system allows users to contribute a small amount for a chance to win premium products. By participating, you agree to:

• Eligibility: Only registered users with verified accounts can join raffles. Contributions are non-refundable unless a raffle is canceled by SStore.
• Raffle Process: Each raffle requires a set number of contributors. Once reached, a winner is randomly selected using a secure, automated system. SStore ensures fairness and transparency in the selection process.
• Non-Transferable: Raffle entries are tied to the user’s account and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Delivery: Winners receive their prize at no additional cost, with delivery arranged to their registered address in Nigeria. Delivery times may vary based on location (e.g., 3-7 business days in Lagos, longer for remote areas).
• Cancellations: If a raffle does not reach the required contributors within the specified period, SStore may cancel it and refund contributions to the original payment method.

LuckyWish is a game of chance, and no guarantee of winning is provided. Participation is at your own risk, and SStore is not liable for any losses incurred.

4. Retail Purchases and B2B Sourcing

For purchases through SStore Retail or B2B Global Sourcing, the following terms apply:

• Product Availability: Products are subject to availability. SStore reserves the right to cancel orders if items are out of stock, with full refunds issued.
• Pricing: Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. SStore may adjust prices without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the quoted price.
• Payment: Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., bank cards, transfers). All transactions are processed securely, and payment details are not stored on our servers.
• Shipping: Delivery is available nationwide, with costs and timelines varying by location (e.g., 2-5 days in Abuja, 5-10 days in rural areas). Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.
• Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of receipt if defective or not as described, subject to our Return Policy. B2B orders may have specific return conditions based on supplier agreements.

For B2B sourcing, additional terms, such as minimum order quantities and customs duties, may apply and will be communicated during the ordering process.

5. Shop TV and Accounting Software

SStore Shop TV and Accounting Software services have specific terms:

• Shop TV: Content accessed via tv.sstore.ng is for personal use only. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify videos or products displayed. SStore is not liable for interruptions in streaming due to internet connectivity issues.
• Accounting Software: Use of accounting.sstore.ng requires a valid subscription or license. Users are responsible for maintaining data accuracy and complying with Nigerian tax laws. SStore provides technical support but is not liable for financial losses due to user errors.

6. Gushed Systems Automation and Electronics Services

Gushed Systems provides home automation, security installations (e.g., CCTV, fire alarms), and electrical services. By engaging these services, you agree to:

• Schedule consultations and installations at mutually agreed times. Gushed Systems is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, supply issues).
• Pay for services as quoted, with deposits required for certain installations (e.g., smart home systems).
• Ensure safe access to your property for our technicians. Gushed Systems is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or user negligence.
• Honor warranties provided for installations, typically 6-12 months, subject to proper use and maintenance.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments for SStore services are processed securely. Specific policies include:

• Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments. SStore does not store payment details beyond what is necessary for processing.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued for canceled orders, raffle cancellations, or approved returns within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Non-delivery due to incorrect addresses may not qualify for refunds.
