These rules govern participation in LuckyWish raffles (luck-wish.sstore.ng), where users contribute a small amount for a chance to win premium products like electronics, fashion items, and more. Available across Nigeria, from Lekki, Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Kano, our raffles are designed to be fair, transparent, and exciting. By participating, you agree to these rules, which complement our Terms and Conditions, General Rules, and Return Policy.

We may update these rules periodically, with changes effective upon posting. Please review regularly to stay informed.

1. Eligibility and Participation

To participate in LuckyWish raffles, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
• Have a verified SStore account registered on luck-wish.sstore.ng.
• Reside in Nigeria, as prizes are delivered only within the country.
• Provide accurate account and contact information to ensure prize delivery.

Employees, affiliates, or immediate family members of SStore or Gushed Systems are not eligible to participate.

2. Contribution Mechanics

LuckyWish raffles operate on a contribution-based system:

• Contribution Amount: Each raffle specifies a contribution amount (e.g., ₦10,000 for a ₦30,000 product, with three contributors required). Contributors collectively cover the product’s retail value, and SStore adds a small admin fee (e.g., 1.5%) to support the platform.
• Example: For a ₦30,000 product, three contributors each pay ₦10,000. SStore may add a 1.5% admin fee (₦450), totaling ₦30,450. The winner receives the product, and contributions are non-refunded to non-winners.
• Payment: Contributions are made via secure payment methods (e.g., cards, bank transfers) at checkout. Each contribution counts as one entry.
• Non-Transferable: Contributions are tied to your account and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted.
• Entry Limits: Raffles may have a maximum entry cap per user, as specified in the raffle details.

3. Raffle Operation and Winner Selection

Raffles are conducted fairly and transparently:

• Raffle Completion: A raffle is completed once the required number of contributors is reached (e.g., three contributors for a ₦30,000 product).
• Winner Selection: Winners are chosen randomly using a secure, automated system within 24 hours of raffle completion. The process is unbiased and cannot be manipulated.
• Notification: Winners are notified via email and SMS within 24 hours. Results are also posted on your account dashboard at luck-wish.sstore.ng.
• Fairness: Attempts to manipulate the system (e.g., creating multiple accounts) will result in disqualification and account suspension.

4. Prize Delivery

Prize delivery follows these guidelines:

• Shipping Costs: Winners are liable for shipping and delivery costs, which vary based on location and prize size. Costs are communicated upon winner notification and must be paid before delivery. Standard rates start at ₦1,500 for major cities (e.g., Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) and ₦2,500 for other regions.
• Timelines: Delivery takes 2-5 business days in major cities (e.g., Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt) and 5-10 business days in other areas after payment of shipping costs. See our Shipping and Local Delivery Policy for details.
• Claiming Prizes: Winners must confirm their delivery address and pay shipping costs within 7 days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to another participant.
• Condition: Prizes are delivered in new, unused condition, as described in the raffle listing.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies for raffles are as follows:

• Contributions: Contributions are non-refundable unless a raffle is canceled by SStore (e.g., due to insufficient contributors within a specified period).
• Cancellations: If a raffle is canceled, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• Prize Returns: Prizes are returnable only if defective or damaged upon delivery, per our Return Policy. Replacements are prioritized; refunds are issued only if replacements are unavailable.

6. Prohibited Actions

To maintain fairness, the following actions are prohibited:

• Using multiple accounts to increase chances of winning.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the raffle system.
• Providing false information during registration or payment.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities.

Violations may result in disqualification, loss of contributions, account suspension, or legal action.

7. Transparency and Fairness

SStore ensures transparency in LuckyWish raffles:

• All raffles are conducted using a secure, automated random selection process.
• Raffle details (e.g., product, contribution amount, number of contributors) are clearly displayed on luck-wish.sstore.ng.
• Admin fees (e.g., 1.5%) are disclosed at checkout to support platform operations.
• Winners are publicly announced (with consent) on our platform and social media for transparency.
