International shipping and sourcing

Order and supplier confirmation
Shipping arrangements begin after product specifications, supplier availability, quantity, packing requirements, payment milestones, destination and delivery method are confirmed in writing. Imported products may require sourcing or factory preparation before dispatch.
Shipping is normally separate
Catalog prices generally do not include international freight, customs duty, taxes, insurance, clearance, terminal fees, storage or last-mile delivery unless the quotation expressly says otherwise. We explain which services are included when preparing the final quote.
Available transport methods
Air freight, express shipment, sea freight or consolidated cargo may be appropriate depending on the item, weight, dimensions, urgency and destination. Faster methods can cost more. Bulky, hazardous, battery-powered or regulated products may face additional restrictions and paperwork.
Estimated arrival dates
Transport durations are estimates unless a specific commitment is agreed in writing. Supplier preparation, carrier delays, public holidays, port operations, customs inspection, weather and local logistics can change estimated dates. Avoid planning around a fixed delivery date until our team confirms the route and supplier readiness.
Tracking and shipment updates
Where carriers provide tracking numbers or other evidence, we may share them privately. A tracking status such as “dispatched,” “arrived,” “cleared,” or “out for delivery” describes a stage of transit and is not proof of receipt. The public Delivered journal shares examples of actual activities, not private customer shipment records.
Import clearance and restricted products
Some goods require certificates, import permits, inspections or compliance with destination standards. Responsibility for declarations, clearances, taxes and documents must be agreed before shipment. We cannot guarantee customs release of goods that are restricted or inadequately documented.
Insurance, damage and missing goods
Ask whether the quoted service includes shipment protection or cargo insurance and the applicable exclusions. Inspect packages on arrival and report visible damage, missing units or mismatched goods with pictures and order documentation. See delivery and inspection and returns and refunds.
Getting an accurate quote
Send us the product page, quantity, specifications and delivery location. We will explain relevant MOQ, item cost, shipping route, possible additional charges and estimated delivery timing through private chat.
