How shopping works

Choose products, check specifications and applicable minimum order quantity (MOQ), then request a written quotation from our team. Website prices are indicative and normally exclude shipping, import duties, clearance, local handling and delivery. We confirm supplier availability, product specifications, delivery arrangements, total charges and agreed payment terms before an order is placed.

Evidence of delivery

The Delivered feed contains team-supplied shipping, packing and delivery updates. Posts must accurately describe the status shown; a photo of an arrival or parcel does not establish that every listed product is currently available or that a different customer's order is delivered.
