Purchase instructions:
1.We will ship payment within 48-72 hours(excluding custom products).If you need to change your address,please contact customer service.
2.We only send to the confirmed order address.Please make sure your delivery/address/phone number/code is correct before purchasing.(The customer is responsible for the non-delivery due to incorrect address.)
3.The transportation time is provided by the carrier,excluding weekends and holidays.Shipping times may vary, especially during holidays.
4.If you do not receive an order or receive an item with defective/damaged packaging,please contact us.We will track your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

Return and refund instructions
6.The product comes with a 12-month warranty.Please feel free to buy.Upon receipt of the package, the defective item must be returned to the seller for a refund or replacement(if possible, in its original packaging) within the warranty period.You must state the details in the packaging and we do not repair or replace items beyond the warranty period.
7.If the product is defective within one month,we will bear the one-way shipping cost and replace it after receiving it.Or provide a refund (excluding shipping costs) after we receive a defective product.
8.Any damage caused by human error upon receipt of the goods will not be refunded.
9.You have 7 days to contact us and return it within 30 days from the date of receipt.If the item has been in your possession for more than 7 days,it will be considered used and we will not refund you.
10.All returned items must be in their original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number,the specific reason for the return, and your order ID.
