These panels are AWESOME!
I absolutely LOVED working with these panels. They are very easy to cut and very flexible. I actually had FUN placing them on the wall. They stuck VERY well. I took one small cut off piece off to replace it with another, and it was very, very well stuck on. They look fantastic! I was amazed at how realistic they look. The panels are foam and quite “bouncy” – you can push your finger into it and it comes back out. I also like the color. It’s like a pearl white. I was going to paint it white since I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out with caulking, but it turns out I didn’t even need to paint it. I LOVE IT how it is, as-is. I am so pleased I felt I had to take pics and write a review.
Looks nice
I had my hopes for this product set pretty high- it looks great in the listing (and in example photos from amazon customers), so i was pretty sure I knew what I was getting myself into. Tip #1. DO NOT try to match up panels from anywhere but the ends, cut the ends to line up and THEN cut the panels from the outer ends down to size. I wasted 2 panels like this before i just decided to do it like that. Dont make my mistake. Also, make sure you have it cut how you want and have a plan in place BEFORE applying to your wall. This stuff DOES NOT LIKE TO COME OFF. It tears and leaves an impossible to remove residue on your wall. Luckily I was just going over it with more foam brick, so it didnt need to be thorough, but if i had been removing this to move or redesign the room, i would have had to sand the wall and repaint.

This stuff is very cool. It totally looks like real brick! I’m not done with this project, but I wanted to leave a review before I forgot. I plan on adding a chair arm rail and doing a smear of colors on the bricks. Tip: As some have said, cut it in a zig-zag pattern and then put then together to give it a more uniformed look. Then use a tube of white caulk to blend in the lines where the panel join together. Smooth it out with you finger. Doing so actually gives it an even more realistic appearance as the caulk will look like actual painted brick mortar.
Better than expected!
Ended up painting random bricks grey, but I like the plain white look better after doing so… regardless it looks really nice in my living room. I cut up all the pieces first then attached them from the right side over to the left. Filled in cracks with spackle and paint, there will be gaps / spaces when putting everything together. Easy to cut pieces, I used an exacto-knife.
